Happy Tuesday! Mrs. Kemnitz was out today, so we didn't have art, but that let us finish up science from yesterday and get some bonus time to work on our geo projects that are due tomorrow! We multiplied in scientific notation which sounds harder than it is.

Welcome back to Monday. An hour off, but Monday none the less. (I was just getting used to the sun being up when I got to school, too.) Today we spent time working on our geo projects; we are wrapping that up. In addition, we found the area of circles. We spent quite a bit of time on humidity, relative humidity, and dew point. We also daydreamed about different kinds of clouds. We will finish that section by talking about different kinds of precipitation tomorrow. We did some of the English sheet in class as well.

We had an awesome juggling former student come to the school today. It was pretty cool! We also made some more progress on our geography project. I heard some good discussions going on. We finished our movie version of Where the Red Fern Grows and talked a little bit about changes from the book to the movie.

Wow! We got some great discussion going on today around our geo project. The students are starting to figure out that the world's problems are complicated!

Keumiah du Maneny fidens! Just fooling this time. That is really just a string of random letters! The rest of the day was much more serious. We worked on solving all the problems of Africa, learned about all the winds of the world, and figured out how probability is different from odds. Now off to church!
