Let's try this again.

We did a meet math test today and had a lockdown drill. Not quite as exciting as a Packer victory, but something different anyway. (Just like a Packer victory lately.)

Due for Thursday!

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.

I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore Through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed Genesis 22:17,18

You, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times Micah 5:2

Never got any further than this yesterday! Yikes!

Happy Thursday. I'll be gone tomorrow to Children's Hospital to talk to Thaddeus' cardiologist. Mrs. Schmidt will be in.

Most of the class did not have their art done for today. Listening to directions is key.

For math for Monday will involve watching two videos. They are in Classroom, but for those who can't get them, I will include the links today in case I don't get to blog tomorrow.

Tuesday, November 15, 2016

Happy Tuesday. We tried something different today. Mrs. K wanted to move art to Tuesday, so that opened up an hour today. I had the students watch part of a science video that I've wanted to find time for for a while now. What was different, was that I had each student watch it themselves on their Chromebook. They had a sheet to fill out as well. This way they could pause or rewind if needed. I took a quick survey afterwards and every student had positive things to say. This won't always work, depending on the video, but it was an interesting experiment.
