Everyone who needed to re-did their memory work. Hopefully, next time, we can get it right the first time around! We also discussed powers of 10. (More counting!) We looked at Europe's heartland and got into discussing the national debt, the start of WW1, and floods! We also looked at how fronts affect weather. So, we meet again. We worked on our math pretest today to get ready for the real deal on Thursday. We also spent some time working on things for our service project. So far, we are getting a great pile of toothbrushes. However, only a few people have been involved. If you'd like to donate, we'd love to have your help. We set a goal of 3,000 toothbrushes and we are about a third of the way there. We also talked briefly about propaganda techniques in English. Some of the students also took time to do their redo for memory work. There are still many students who need to do so. Keep in mind the next section is due on Thursday.
