Today we took a math pretest. We haven't done that before, but since the last test didn't go quite as well as we wanted, I decided to do that this time around. So far they are doing well on them. Much of it comes down to being careful.  We also finished our sections on the outer planets and the cultures of our region.

Happy Visit Faith Day. It was nice to see some parents and grandparents today. Thanks for dropping in. We tried to show off a little with some science websites. We also studied the Middle East's religions and conflicts. We worked on algebraic addition which is going to be a big part of dealing with adding and subtracting negative numbers.

Hey! It seems to be Monday again. When did that happen? We started a new Christ Light book today. It is about getting along better with different people. We are starting with our family.
