Today, we started algebraic addition. This is where we get heavy into negative numbers. This is new for the students so it takes some getting used to, but they will get there. We had some good questions today and I noticed that many students actually get it better than they think they do. We also wrapped up our science lesson on global warming. The lesson review is due for Monday. We are finishing up The Christmas Carol as well.

We made it through another day. The biggest thing today was correcting the geo study guide in preparation for the test tomorrow. I also entered a grade for AR today so that you can see where your child in on his/her goal.

Happy Friday to you. We got cheese today! We took a math test as well as started a new chapter in vocab and did some more exploration of Russia. We had a chance to investigate some more about Russia as well. Then we got to get flexible.

Thursday has struck again! We started the day with Paul on trial and then imprisoned for his faith and teaching. We took a math pretest in preparation for the real deal tomorrow. We also talked about ways to use manure and invaded Russia.  MAP test results and a mid term sheet were sent home today.
