We had a lovely Thursday. I hope you did, too. We are singing this weekend. We practiced today and it sounded pretty good! We also had a double whammy, a Meet Math test and a regular math pre-test.

That's all the further I got last night. Sorry about that, life caught up to me!

We had a great visit Faith day today. Thanks for the lava lamps. They helped me illustrate a concept in science, only it was an hour later than I planned. They take much longer to warm up than I anticipated! We also had a very spirited debate on whether artifacts from Egypt should be returned to Egypt or left in the countries they are now. We played some games to review vocabulary words and melted a snowman among other things. We went through the math pretest and then did an investigation to work with quadrilaterals. We kept busy but had some fun as well. I even tried to get Mrs. Albrecht to help out the class with their math homework, but she wouldn't go for it.
